Annual Report Concept and Writing

I suggested to management at The Summit Federal Credit Union that we structure The Summit's 2016 annual report as a coloring book. Using the metaphor that The Summit "provides the framework for a brighter tomorrow," the coloring book, bundled with a set of colored pencils, showed how individual financial needs could be accommodated within the structure of The Summit's products and services. The concept was so successful, The Summit used the coloring theme at events in 2017 and 2018, and evolved it for the 2017 annual report.

Credit Card Promotional Signage

​

In 2018, The Summit Federal Credit Union was the title sponsor of two large-scale food and music events: Taste of Syracuse and ROC the Taste. At each event, The Summit wanted to draw attention to its credit card rewards promotion in a fun way. I wrote the copy for these messages, which were plastered on event wrap, teardrop banners and other signage. I designed the credit card itself, too.

Safari Club Newsletter

 

The Safari Club Newsletter is geared toward The Summit's young members aged 4-8. The content teaches children about money and financial responsibility.

Theater Screens

​

These screens were created for the Arts Center in Homer, New York. The screens were projected in the theater prior to musical performances, and had to appeal to the center's eclectic audience drawn largely from Homer, Cortland and the surrounding communities.

Airport Advertising

​

In an effort to recruit qualified engineers, Alstom Transport sought to change the rail industry's persona from old-fashioned to modern. I wrote  and designed this ad, which was displayed prominently at the Rochester Airport as well as in other media.
